摘要：The aim of this study is to specify the burnout level of employees who work in SME’s finance and financial affairs and also to establish,if any,significant differences about demographic features.In the study,the survey method was adopted and Maslach Burnout Inventory was used.The obtained data’s frequency values analyzed by using SPSS-15 with the help of t-test and ANOVA.When the findings are evaluated within the scope of the research professionals,in general,it’s found out that emotional exhaustion levels were low,desensitization levels were normal and individual achievements were high.In this context,it can be stated that the employees work in the field of accounting have low level of burnout.
