摘要：TV as an important medium fits perfectly into a group of often means – educational methods. Size characteristics typical of the different television systems will perform the important role of television in education. TV Educational occurred shortly after the first application of television technology to broadcast video and audio,and developed and will continue to grow. The observed trend towards more and more widespread communication using satellite images situate among the most important means of teaching. Is now an urgent need to develop appropriate,effective methods and techniques for the use of television in all educational activities,treating education as a priority area of human activity. This can serve as the information about important world-class pioneering ventures use of television in education which in Poland was,for example,University Television. Historical especially Polish achievements in the field of television for education will be a major theme of this study..
