摘要:Psychological Capital,defined as individual’s developmental and positive psychological states,has become popular subject of organizational studies recently.Organizations have been working to improve their psychological capital and to make it unique since this helps them to produce desired outputs.In this respect,the purpose of this study is to test the effects of hope,optimism,selfefficacy and resilience sub dimensions of organizational physiological capital on the attitudes of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the workers.The survey method was used with using a questionnaire.Data were collected from 215 Bosnian Teachers working in Bosnia and analyzed via structural equation modeling.Results of the analysis revealed that only optimism had positive effects on organizational commitment and job satisfaction.All these results were discussed in the light of the findings in the literature.
