摘要：This study aims to describe the verbal repertoire of Javanese women in a social ameraction in Yogyakarta The verbal repertoire is realized on their phonology. vocabu-laries structure,and pragmatics including many factors which have influenced themThis srady is a qualitative type which posites the researcher as the main instrument. Thedata of this study are collected by using observation method and applying participantamd momparticipant techniques. The data are analyzed in three stages: open,action,andcholice The result of the study shows that (1) the Javanese women tend to have highinlomarion to lengthen and harden the volume.
