摘要：The present paper has two aims. The first is to introduce the concept of Metacognitive Self (MCS). MCSis self- insight into one's own biases. The theoretical background on Metacognitive Self served as a basefor creating a valid and reliable instrument - the second and most important aim. The structure of the newinstrument for measuring Metacognitive Self (MCSQ -24), as expected, yielded a second-order factor model,with four “content”factors at the first level and a single“metacognitive selfr" factor at the upper level.
