摘要：A detailed concept of assessment of ecological risks and a completed project that consists in the assessment of ecological risks incurred by the construction work performed within the framework of the Sochi-2014 pre-Olympic preparations are provided in the proposed article.It is proven that consideration of risks will fall within the urban development plans.The analysis of design solutions have proven that due consideration has been taken of the ecological risks associated with the Sochi-2014 Olympic and para-Olympic games, and programmes of liquidation (and further operation) of temporary Olympic facilities have been prepared.
