  • 摘要:In recent years,increasingly live in a healthy and functional food concept has gained increasing importance accordingly. Walnut with this feature in oil seeds is extremely important food with their linoleic fatty acids,vitamin E richness,high protein values,effects on cardio health. While our country is an important place in the walnut cultivation,it is not yet at the desired level in the functional food market.
