摘要:In recent years,many companies from different sectors have begun to achieve significant achievements through open innovation. In the open innovation process are customers undoubtedly one of the most important sources. Customers integrated into the product development process significantly increase the innovation success of their products. The positive impact of customer integration on innovative product and service has been acknowledged. Many empirical researchs show that the customer integration contributions in innovatieves product development leads to a higher degree of product newness,educed innovation risks in market and more effective in resource spending. There are several factors for customer integration. These factors should be considered for effective and successful customer integration. There are different methods in theory to internalize customer knowledge. These methods can be different according to each business or sector. In this paper,I emphasize customer integration by investigating the continual consideration of customer contributions throughout the product and service innovation process.
