摘要:In recent years,companies have begun to use digital technology extensively. Digital technology is increasingly important as companies seek to achieve their business goals. The companies are benefiting from digital technology in decision-making processes,in production processes,in different product development,offering high-quality services and against time,cost risks. With the impact of this positive situation digital technology has caused radical new structuring in all industries. The management of digital technology has become more difficult than in previous technologies. With digital technology,there is radical change and transformation on all processes in the company. In particular,new aspects of the innovation management process and offers a wide range of opportunities for solution management of problems. With these new perspectives changed companpies about their innovation process,product and service portfolio,and their all source environment. In this article,we present a managerial framework for digital innovation strategy that supports companies. The framework,geared at supporting ongoing improvements in digital innovation strategy,covers three basic key areas: organizational structure of company,product development logic,digital environment analysis. Finally,it concludes suggestions for academic and business environment.
