摘要：Burnout characterized by emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment of occupational groups which was especially working with individuals in a face to face manner. Burnout studied mostly in helping professions and teachers also predictive factors of burnout investigated. But the literature and studies about academicians’ burnout is not well studied and there are no data for generality. The aim of this study make a systematic review about academicians’ burnout. As a result,variables such as academic title,duration of working as years,gender and weekly work load are the main predictors of academician’s burnout.
