摘要:In recent years,people living in the city have searched for different alternatives to relax and have fun because the number of green areas in urban areas has decreased due to the rapidly developing urbanization and in addition the quality of existing areas has become inadequate. This change in preferences and needs brings high plateau tourism into the forefront. In turn this has affected the traditional transhumance and has made significant improvements in high plateau tourism activities. The high plateau where used for high plateau tourism are quite important because they are delicate area with rich natural richness and ecological richness as well as folkloric richness. The protection-use balance for these areas is very important. Trabzon province in the Eastern Black Sea Region constitutes an important area among the places where traditional transhumance activities continue in our country. There are a number of high plateau tourism serving along with six tourism centers announced by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Trabzon. However,in the course of the studies carried out,some tablelands were preferred than others and it was determined that the protection-use balance was exceeded in these periods. As a result of this destruction both of nature and local people are suffering. The purpose of this study is to determine the reason why the popular high plateau preferred by users in Trabzon and to develop suggestions for the other high plateaus which have the potential of high plateau tourism. Questionnaire was applied in the study. The user group was asked various questions in order to be able to learn the thoughts about the springs and obtained usage data for the plateau with three different recognition and recognition results.
