摘要:The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the intercultural sensitivity levels and empathic tendencies of the teachers working in public education centers. The population of this research includes the teachers working in the 16 public education centers located at Anatolian side of Istanbul Province in the academic year of 2017-2018. The research sample of 270 teachers,working on public education centers was formed by appropriate sampling method from this research. "Personal Information Form","Intercultural Sensitivity Scale" and "Empathic Tendency Scale” have been used to collect data in the study.
