摘要：Some Eastern European and Soviet Union countries that switched from a centralized planning system to a free market system entered the process of integrating with the world. In these countries or groups of countries,referred to as transition economies,outward-open growth models and international entrepreneurial activities have led to an increase in growth in this process. The increase in international entrepreneurial activities has also positively impacted overall growth. However,in countries with structural problems and low competitiveness,international entrepreneurial activity has not provided the expected effect of growth. Transitional economies are trying to overcome these problems and create policies to liberalize trade in order to ensure economic growth. In this study,the current situation of international entrepreneurial activities which are developed in parallel with commercial liberalization in transition economies is analyzed and the effects of the growth and development of countries are analyzed. For this purpose,FDI,exports,imports,tariffs and business start-up costs have been considered as the dynamics of entrepreneurship and the causality relationship between them and growth has been analyzed. According to the results,there is a causal relationship between foreign direct investment and business establishment costs and growth. In other words,international entrepreneurship activities are causing growth.
