摘要:This study is aimed at determining the human resources applications of businesses which have most valuable brands in the web site of Forbes (2017). The study was conducted as part of a qualitative research method document review. Within this scope,25 businesses on the Forbes list have been evaluated. The evaluation was started from the first row of businesses list. The businesses that have access to human resources applications from the web site have been evaluated. Businesses that could not have access to human resources practices were excluded from the evaluation. 12 different human resource applications have been observed in the evaluated businesses. Human resources applications are listed according to the frequency of occurrence in businesses. According to the results,it has been seen that businesses which have most valuable brands have given extraordinary importance to human resources and tried to satisfy them with the possibilities they have provided.
