摘要：Education funding is considered to be one of the issues that quite a few universities around the world have been preoccupied with as it is the basic element to fulfil their goals in this field. Education expenditures clearly show how important education is thought to be in a particular country. This is an ongoing issue since it is related to changes in the global economy system and the increase in education expenditures in general and of higher education in particular, that, of course, affects the level of funding from the general budget of the country.
