摘要：This paper presents an enterprise in terms of the system analysis in interaction with the environment. A corporate innovation system is studied as part of the enterprise’s organizational system, formed consciously by a willful decision of the management to implement effectively the enterprise’s goals and objectives. The issue of financing of the innovative activity is studied independently. Objective: Development of the concept model of the corporate innovation system.
