摘要：One of the recent emphasis in the debate about the reconstruction of the political system in Turkey is that the presidential system is applied in terms of government models in the current municipal system. The aim of this study is to examine the administrative structure of Turkish Municipalism in terms of government models and the accuracy of the recent controversial information to put them on a stronger ground. The scope of this study constitutes the evaluation of the administrative structure which is still applied in the Turkish Municipal System in the context of presidential system,semi-presidential system and parliamentary system. In Turkey,there is a general consensus on applied administrative structure model of the municipalities are the presidential system or strong presidential system in both the academy community and the political and bureaucratic community. When the presidential system,the semi-presidential system and the parliamentary system and the administrative structure applied in the Turkish municipal system are evaluated comparatively, that can be said that the system in Turkey does not coincide with any government model as a whole. On this platform,content analysis and archival research methods have been used as a method on this study,it is concluded that the administrative structure in the Turkish Municipal System has not been based on presidential or strong presidential system but the present application has been structured as a synthesis certain aspects of the of the presidential system..
