摘要：In this study firstly,we discussed Taylor and Weber's views on recruitment in organizations and their employees' and Argyris's maturation theory shortly theoretically. Then,based on the Decree Laws of the State of Emergency issued in 2016 and other official sourcesdismissals from the Turkish police organization in this period,and data on the imports,comparison and calculations are made and revealed. After these two basic field descriptions and data are presented,the subject of dismissals and removals is interpreted from the point of view of the theoreticians who are said. Apart from others,the situation of the supervisor class staff is more remarkable.In this study,the subject is developed in the form of literature review,collection of official data and analysis of each other,and finally some theses are put forward. The two main dimensions of dismissals and removals from office in the Police Department in 2016 are remarkable. The first has shown that terrorism plays a major role as a reason for the lack of rationality and scientificness in procurement,inspection and evaluation of personnel transactions before it. Secondly,the increasing chances of career steps and the opportunity given to the personnel of the organization which can still fulfill its tasks with the remaining personnel after these transactions has resulted in the maturation of these personnel..
