摘要：The purpose of this study is to test the relationship between external public debt,public debt interest,tax revenues,growth rate in GNP,and general commitments and perceptions index for some Arab countries for the period 2000- 2017. Data of the study variables for the period 2000-2017,and the study was based on the methodology Cross sectional -time series Panel data. The statistical results show that there is a statistical relationship that has a significant impact on the fiscal variables,the growth rate in the GNP,and the general obligations on the Corruption Perceptions Index,where the relationship between external debt and tax revenues and external obligations was inverse with the Corruption Perceptions Index..
