摘要:Market economic conditions specifically affirms personnel,affecting management of human resources and behavior of various elements in enterprises. Human resource management is one of the main tasks of management,while the level of employee satisfaction is one of the key factors of the business system success. The results of the study presented in this paper are primarily focused on determining the dominant motivator of employees,as one of the essential preconditions for achieving employee satisfaction. The importance of individual motivators,as well as the available motivational potential in terms of regression and correlation dependence is discussed. Its contribution is large when determining reliable guidelines for improving the quality of human resource management.
