摘要:Tanah pelaba pura is a part of customary land. The existence of tanah pelaba pura has an important meaning in the continuation of traditional villages which are a unit of customary law communities in Bali. Tanah pelaba pura is usually used as agricultural or plantation land that has a function to support religious ceremonies at the temple. Along with the times,most of the tanah pelaba pura in rapidly developing regions has experienced a change in utilization. One of the traditional villages in the Denpasar City and has tanah pelaba pura is Desa Adat Kesiman. Based on the land inventory carried out by Desa Adat Kesiman,tanah pelaba Pura Dalem was chosen for research because the land had more land use changes compared to other tanah pelaba pura. This study aims to examine variations utilization of tanah pelaba Pura Dalem which are reviewed through their background and management aspects. This study applies a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to be able to understand the phenomena about the use of tanah pelaba Pura Dalem in three cases. Data collection is done by means of literature study,observation,and interviews. The final results of the study showed that there were four variations in utilization of tanah pelaba Pura Dalem in Desa Adat Kesiman, namely: (1) land use by independent;(2) land use developed by third parties;(3) land use by third parties as agricultural areas;and (4) land use according to projected needs.
