摘要：Improving the computerization of higher education institutions processes is becoming a necessity. This raises the needs to improve satisfaction and efficiency of study programs designed for students and employees. The paper discusses the issues concerning the main areas of universities activities,which can be supported by IT systems. The software tools dedicated to universities also be presented. They improve creation and documentation management related to their own learning process.
