摘要:Peer violence is a significant social problem requiring adequate pedagogical prevention and intervention. The school,being an environment in which the development of students' personalities is sought to be influenced in an organized,systematic,functional manner,plays an important role in the process of peer violence prevention and intervention. The paper proceeds from the ecosystem approach,which sees individual development as occurring under the influence of a number of factors operating at different levels of social influence. From this perspective,the school can be viewed as a distinct ecosystem within a broader social system. Thus we can distinguish the following levels of influence on students within the school: the level of the entire school,the level of the class/group of students,the level of peer influences and the individual level. The paper offers an overview of a number of prevention and intervention measures and activities at each of these levels of influence,which are discussed and described in the literature on the subject. Some of these prevention and intervention measures and activities are already being implemented in Serbian schools,while a broader and more effective practical implementation of some of the measures and activities presented in the paper requires the creation of the necessary preconditions.
