摘要：Small-sided games (SSG) are widely used in soccer training, both for developing skills and for improving performance, and they have become one of the most popular training methods across all ages and levels (Hill-Haas et al., 2011). Drills of this kind present players with situations that closely resemble what they will encounter in real matches, and they reproduce many of the physical, physiological and technical demands of competitive soccer (Little, 2009).
