摘要：The participation at the mass privatization process was rather low due to the insufficient domestic capital,the foreign investors’ lack of interest and the authorities’ bureaucracy at the beginning of the `90s.So,in June 1995 a new mass privatization process started.The way this process was elaborated and conducted deeply influenced the capital market.
