摘要:Gaining an important position on a market represents a very important strategic objective for many competitors,objective which can be achieved by adopting a proper marketing strategy.Once this position is gained by consistent tactics that corresponds to the marketing strategy,a market ruling position can be reached.But this ruling position,held by an economic agent on a market,does not come in conflict with the law,by itself;the law punishes only the misuse of authority.It is obvious that,when holding an important position,the respective economic agent will be tempted to speculate it,by adopting a certain competitive behavior.If the other competitors will be able to counteract his actions,by well thought-out marketing acts,then the ruling position will be no longer held by the respective economic agent.
