摘要：The society is changing rapidly,and as educators we need to be sensitive to these changes.As such the rules for quality education at a distance are not very different from those that work in a classroom.It is necessary that the university be prepared to use the new technologies that are necessary to motivate students for formal and informal collaborative work.The university should adapt itself to the current necessities of its students as well to their future ones,as professionals,through continued education programs.This can only be achieved efficiently using the Internet.
