摘要：The demographical ageing means an important increase in the percentage of old population within the total population and it triggers many implications in all layers of society.The main cause for the demographical process of getting old is it transition to a new system of reproduction from the traditional system,characterised by high figures of birth rate and death rate,to the modern system,with low figures of birth rate and death rate.Within this framework fertility was reduced,that is the number of children born by a woman during her period of procreation and the average life span increased,bearing various consequences on the structured age groups of population.
