摘要：In this paper,the authors present some specific aspects of the Moldavian Republic,regarding the fiscal evasion,namely: theoretical aspects,some practical aspects regarding the way it acts,the objectives of the restructuring of the Moldavian fiscal system in order to diminish and control this phenomenon.
