摘要：The Romanian labor market has undergone serious transformations caused by economical reforms,this influencing directly the quality by the human factor.The social circumstances have determined a reduction in the natural demographic increase and an emphasis on the permanent migration witch caused,in their turn,a constant decrease in population and implicitly in the economically occupied population.
