摘要：TPM is a management system,which will increase the efficiency and competition,creating a new organizational culture.In fact,it is a system,which will lighten the obtaining of a greater efficiency,identifying methods for improving the production process and their directly application.The mean idea of this process is the concentration on the increasing of the efficiency in using the equipment and employees and prevents in this way the appearance of production defects.The final goal is to obtain a production process without gap,accidents or rejects.
