摘要：Romania’s integration to the EU has led to many changes in all fields of activity.The role of each new member state is to adapt and implement the conditions,requirements and the standards imposed.One of these regards the harmonisation of VAT to the EU standards.As citizens and economic actors on this new scene,it is our duty to get informed and to comply with the new communitarian regulations.It is necessary a thorough understanding of the regulations and criteria imposed by the EU and this article aims to be a brief introspection in the field.
