摘要：Direct foreign investments mean the factor with the most stimulating impact on Romanian economy,generally,and on economical development regions of the country in particular.In this context,this paper show attraction potential of the direct foreign investments in South-Muntenia Region and the localization model of the foreign companies which appear in this region.The South-Muntenia Region became more attractive for foreign investors in condition of the specialization sectors existence and the local authorities advantage.
