摘要：Cutting down the consumption in the same time with the stimulation of the public and private investments,Romanian or foreign ones,for achieving a competitive production in the European or international area,was reflected by adopting some legal acts,lows or governmental ordinances,and among them we find the regulation of the leasing operations in Romania.Due to a rapid development of the technical progress,when renewing the products and moral wear of the equipments or machines are very accelerated,leasing represents a step forward in financing the commercial societies that wish to buy some equipments or machines but they don’t have other financing source.Leasing,as a financing technique aims,firstly,the enterprises that want to develop their activities and to increase their performances,and,generally,assure technical progress.
