摘要：Globalization is a process according to the national economies are decomposed as part of a whole system of transactions and economic processes that works directly throughout the world.The fundamental background of economic globalization consists in: the expansion of international economic flows and of transnationalization as well as the deepening of the foreign markets integration processes.The most important benefits of globalization are:a free-access to foreign markets for companies and countries,the possibility to attract direct foreign investments,an easier,access to up-to-date methods of management and marketing.
