摘要：The letter of credit is considered one of the most secure means of obtaining prompt payment for sale of goods.With a view to maximize the chance for payment under a letter of credit,a seller must know the regulations in the field ,to learn the rules of the game and to proceed with great care.The documentary letter of credit is not one hundred percent safe.There are some means of protection for both buyers and sellers,but there is also the possibility of committing fraud.
