摘要：The reorganization of the business implies the partial or total reconfiguring/redesigning of the activity of a company and it can be of managerial,structural or financial kind.The financial crisis brings in foreground the cash management which becomes a constant concern for the financial stability of business.The identification,the computation and the control of the fixed costs becomes a priority on the daily agenda of the managers in any company.
