摘要：Getting to know developmental tendencies associated with the health and comprehending the care is a ground for understanding the current nursing.Conditioning of the health and the welfare of the man often goes beyond medical criteria.The principle of the professionalism obliges nurses for constant widening not only the medical knowledge but also on psychology,pedagogy,sociology and economy.These circumstances are dictated with need to look to the patient as to the integral whole,rather than the team of separate organs.The man constitutes the system,rather than the sum of individual parts.The health is perceived as one of basic individual,social and economic reserves.The healthy society can only create the tangible property and cultural,to develop and to achieve the appropriate,satisfying standard of living.In this process a role of the nurse is significant,particularly in the multidimensional context of the patient care,where not only a sick person is being treated,but they are caring also for the healthy man leading widely snitch health prevention.The idea of the holism must be and so well understood and carried out towards the entity of the health care.However a question arises: At the present prevailing conditions,are nurses able to come up to the sick person in the holistic way? Doesn’t the biotechnical model constitute the kind of restriction?
