摘要:Background and Objective: evaluation as an important strategy for improving the quality of university education is considered.To clarify the views and experiences of faculty,Golestan University of Medical Sciences of the teacher evaluation process Material and Methods: This qualitative study used data collected from semi-structured interview were used.To gain insight into the experiences of 19 teachers in the teacher evaluation based on purposful sampling,in this study.Interview questions about the overall experience of the teacher evaluation process and also about how the executive and its content.Data were analyzed using content analysis.Results: The main theme that emerged from the data found "to be subjective evaluation " the sub-themes "lack of credibility,being stereotyped.Student evaluation is important,Not seriuos University professors are considered essential to evaluate the participants,and the current lack of mental preparation were noted.Conclusion: The current method of evaluation of teachers and the subjective experiences were of the opinion.This type of evaluation is not being accepted due to cultural and current teacher evaluation process,this should be done.
