摘要：The article is devoted to the definition of a role of the educational system in the becoming of the modern Ukrainian political nation and to the analysis of the possible ways of its influence.The importance of this research direction is determined by a need to find the mechanisms and factors influencing formation of the Ukrainian political nation,as one of the strategic priorities of the Ukrainian State development.Political nation is seen,as a social community formed on the base of ethical groups,and having specific features like certain level of national self-consciousness and will to political self-organization,that stipulates formation of a democratic state and common goals for future.Education in general and national educational system in particular are seen as a mechanism of the political nation development.
