摘要：The need to create a national qualifications framework is due to many important aspects of effective functioning of almost all fields of social life of contemporary society.However,movement in this direction considerably difficult because of the lack of convincing argumentation and conceptually expressive approaches.Solving this problem it is possible primarily by providing discourse about the national qualifications framework of intellectual relief and analytical complexity.
