摘要:Efforts diversification of food consumption can reduce the pressure on the availability of the kinds of food especially rice, as well as local food that contains carbohydrates such as cassava, corn, gembili and others. This research aimed to analyze differences in consumption of local food sources of carbohydrates instead of rice in the hamlet of East and Ngulakan Selo Village Hargorejo District Kokap. Location research using purposive sampling techniques and the sample size is obtained by using the Slovin formula 120 people. To examine differences in food consumption used independent sample t-test. The results showed there are differences in the intensity of cassava consumption among farm and non-farm households.
