摘要：In the paper the design of the FMEA analysis procedure has been presented. It was prepared for the company producing furniture. The company is located in the Podkarpackie Province. As a part of the strategy managers implement an idea of continuous improvement. As a part of this work the pilot quality management tools and Lean Manufacturing are implemented. Now it is the time for formalization of these activities on the basis of the conclusions of previous work. The procedure presented in the work can also be used in other companies.
