摘要：This article attempts to analyse the practical use of cryptocurrency in the labour relations. At the beginning, the author explains the definition of cryptocurrency and then draws attention to other perspectives on the discussed issue proposed by public institutions and representatives of science. Next, the considerations focus on the problem of legal regulation of the cryptocurrency. In particular, it is reasonable to consider whether regulation is necessary and if it is whether it should be EU regulation or national regulation. In the further part of the article, the author analyses the current polish labour law legislation in regard to possibility of use of cryptocurrency in labour relations. Primarily, the special attention is paid to the matter of remuneration for labour and benefits or premiums.
