  • 摘要:Increasingly rapid climate changes have been the subject of numerous studies which diagnose the reasons behind these phenomena. “Anthropocene” is a term proposed to describe the growing influence of humans on the functioning of natural processes occurring around the globe. Just like the earlier concept of sustainable development, anthropocene attracts involvement of representatives of various scientific fields and disciplines. Therefore, an interdisciplinary, multidimensional transition to anthropocene is already a fact. The issue of adjustments to existing economic models and paradigms is also part of the debate on anthropocene and climate crisis. Based on an analysis of the literature on the subject, this paper identified the key contemporary challenges associated with global socioeconomic development in the anthropocene era. The author attempts to determine how economic sciences address these challenges in a cognitive (descriptive and explanatory) sense, and to answer the question whether normative economics and economic policies are capable of rationally responding to the challenges identified. In conclusion, the paper indicates how complex it is to propose a development model that would ensure social wellbeing without the need for continuous economic growth. Heterodoxy in economics and an interdisciplinary approach can help understanding the current phenomena.create an atmosphere of partnership, respect and dialogue that will promote high quality work, and that he be able to use the acquired skills by “selling” his abilities and using various methods of work as effectively as possible. That is why it is very important for teachers to have appropriate predispositions – to be able to convey acquired knowledge in an understandable way. However, the role of the school management is to manage the school in such a way as to attract teachers with the greatest intellectual potential and personality traits, who will attract good students and “arm” them with the necessary specialist knowledge. Based on the research, it should be stated that the following factors affect the quality of education: • teacher involvement during the educational process; • selection of appropriate teaching methods in relation to the classes conducted; • the talent of students and the way of acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge; • maintaining discipline by the teacher during the course of classes; • forms of practical classes are much more effective in the acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge. Rightly claims C. Kupisiewicz, that every person should be implemented to constantly change from theory to practice and from practice to theory, which is the basic requirement of the technology age. Such activities undoubtedly contribute to acquiring the necessary knowledge, which will yield a double crop in the future.
