摘要：Recently the determining factor of entrepreneurial success is making the entrepreneurial processes more effective that leads to the growing of productivity and to the overall efficiency of the company. The basic requirement is the identification and knowledge of those factors and indicators that fundamentally affect the production process of the company, their thorough analysis and optimal application.
