  • 摘要:One of the fundamental principles of quality management is building mutual supplier-customer relations. Many organizations found in practice that effectively meeting customer needs could be achieved by creating partnerships with several reputable and capable suppliers. Partnering with suppliers should become an essential tool in the structure of supply relationships, which are essential for success of business. The aim of this contribution is to show the importance of partnership.
