  • 摘要:The article presents the consumer evaluation of marketing mix on the organic food market in Poland. The analysis is based on surveys conducted among 248 consumers purchasing organic food in retail shops in the city of Poznań. The survey questionnaire consists of four groups of research questions reflecting the four marketing mix elements: product, price, place and promotion. The conducted research indicates that the place (poor distribution resulting in limited assortment) and promotion (low effectiveness of advertising campaigns generating demand) and actions are taken in order to improve them.
