摘要:The aim of the study was to specify the elements describing consumers’ behaviours and habits in terms of quality of life and to determine the relation between perceived quality of life and consumers’ behaviours and habits as well as the interaction between them. It is possible to make a cause-and-effect model describing the influence of consumers’ behaviours and habits on quality of life. The following behaviours should be taken into consideration when constructing the model of consumers’ behaviours affecting quality of life: market behaviours, aspects of organising nutrition in the household, consumers’ attitude to innovation, consumers’ nutritional awareness, the system of values and lifestyle. The authors of the study proposed the quality of life index showing quality of life from the perspective of a household as a determinant of quality. The research concept will enable investigation of relations between behaviours associated with food consumption and quality of life.
