摘要：The document is dealing with possibilities of increasing the assembly systems productivity by using modern approaches, methods and techniques. The document characterizes the substance and significance of the assembly as the final phase of production process oriented to the hybrid assembly and to the placement of the human in hybrid assembly systems. Increasing of the productivity brings still higher demands on human. The optimum conditions must be created for work activity of human , so that he could use his work force and his personality effectively. Such conditions allow workers to perform superior work performance, which is transferred to productivity of his work as well as to productivity of the whole work, possibly, assembly system.
